About Me

Amanda Carbonell is a Puerto Rican MG & YA writer who also dabbles in NA. She is a New York native with a passion for writing most things paranormal, thanks to her mother for introducing her to Buffy at the ripe age of five. Her stories are typically centered around a butt-kicking main character (usually a heroine) who embraces their strength, individuality, and their heritage to serve as an inspiration to readers everywhere.

 

She currently resides in New York with her husband, son, and two dogs. When she’s not reading, writing, or taking care of an infant, she can usually be found on the couch watching endless reruns of the Real Housewives of New York, among other various reality shows.
